My group and I were SO happy with this Airbnb. It is right in South Beach (directly across the street from the beach) and very walkable to restaurants, shops and activities. Check-in was easy and the apartment was very clean and set-up exactly as we wanted upon arrival. Ann and Lars also left us with a nice bottle of champagne to kick off our stay, which was such a nice surprise. Hosts were extremely responsive leading up to our stay and very communicative while we were there, even making some good suggestions for things to do in the area. What a great find! The space was great, and the unit was well appointed. It’s in the middle of the action, but positioned in a way that it was pretty quiet at night. Ann and Lars were very communicative as we approached our stay, and were quick to respond the couple times we had questions. We’ll definitely consider this place next time we are in the area.

Great location! You literally walk across the street to a clean beach with crystal-clear water, and it’s next to all the hot spots—but thankfully very quiet inside the apartment. We had more beds than we needed, a giant TV and a working kitchen. The lobby is dingy but once inside, it’s very stylish—they own the apartment, and have upgraded it compared to the building itself. Five stars.

The apartment's location is perfect for those interested in all that South Beach has to offer. The small space is very well utilized and, thus, our party of 6 could all fit. The beach equipment was an added bonus as well as the espresso machine. Bring some ear plugs for the boom-boom from the nightclubs nearby. With plugs, it wasn't a problem at all.

The place was great and so was the location. My family loved being in the middle of all the action and having the beach be our front yard! Place was clean and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, if and when we come back to Miami Beach.

This was our first time visiting Miami. The place was right in the heart of south beach couldn't have asked for a better location! On the inside it had a very "Miami" feel to it which was much appreciated. The entrance to the building faces the ocean and has lots of beach volleyball courts right there as well. Me and my family stayed there for 10 days and had a great time. The owners were very nice and helpful. The beds were super comfortable, the shower had lots of water pressure and the kitchen was nice. For anybody that is going I defiantly recommend this place as a option.

The condo was nice and in a good location. We would stay here again! Check in was smooth. Nikki was there to show us the apartment and make sure that we could work the Nepresso, etc. The linens were soft, the beds were heavenly. There was even a cleaning crew that came by and straightened up the place. As many mentioned, the two smaller rooms are not very private, so it may get cozy if you have a lot of people staying! The location was ideal! We could walk to all the shops and the beach. The bigger clubs and luxury hotels were a short uber ride away. We loved being able to go to the beach on a whim. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place!
